Crispy Coated Honey Baked Ham Recipe

If you are not much into bird recipes then you can go for the Christmas tradition, the ham. In some families though, they try to include both bird and ham at the dinner table. You can also do that, if you have the budget. If you want that salty, moist meat with crispy sweet coating that you usually get from expensive commercial hams, then you can try doing your own version. All you will need is to get that perfect spicy honey baked flavor and then use a blowtorch to make the coating very crispy.

Simple Honey Baked Ham Recipe

If you would rather celebrate a simple family dinner for Christmas, you can also opt for the simple sweet honey taste of baked ham. This dish does not require a blowtorch, just mix up some honey and herbs combination and coat the ham with it and then bake.

Whiskey and Honey Baked Ham Recipe

This is a little naughtier version of the honey baked ham, naughtier because you are going to have to add some whiskey into the honey and the rest of the ingredients. Though the alcohol that was in the whiskey will eventually evaporate as you cook the ham, the flavor is left behind and that’s what makes this dish enticingly delicious.

Easy Lobster Tails In Foil

Decadent lobster is usually saved for special occasions like Christmas. This dish is so easy to prepare that you can make it at any time of the year. Ingredients include, lobster tails, salt, paprika, pepper and lemon juice or lime juice. You just thaw the lobster tails, then cut the membrane away with scissors. Manually loosen the meat from the shell, sprinkle with the seasonings and then foil-wrap each tail. Bake and serve. For 4 to 8 ounces of tail, it may take 25 minutes, for larger tails, it may take half an hour.

There is nothing more delicious to serve for Christmas dinner than a completely fresh fish baked on a barbeque or baked in an oven. A red snapper is perhaps the perfect fish for making such a dish. With a 3 kilogram snapper, you can easily feed the family with something unique that is heavenly delicious at the same time.
Hopefully, these sizzling Christmas dishes will inspire you to be very creative in your preparations for you family’s Christmas dinner this year.
