Colourful Flower Egg cups:

Everyone loves a good fried egg in the morning, especially if it is a sunny side up. This one is a super simple recipe and very fast to do. Excellent if you are a novice cook and do not have much experience in the kitchen. All you need are different colored capsicums, such as red, yellow, and green, and eggs. Heat up a frying pan and drizzle with some oil, this will ensure your eggs don’t stick to the bottom of the pan and will make for easier serving and lifting. Cut the capsicums in circles and place them in the frying, ensure that you do not overcrowd the frying pan. Crack one egg in each capsicum and fry uncovered till the white and the yolk hardens. Sprinkle with some salt, pepper, and paprika for some extra kick. Make as many as you want and serve with buttered toast, and hash browns if you want, or just as it.

Apple Tart:

A fresh apple tart is as beautiful as it is tasty. A flaky buttery crust, baked apples drizzled with some powdered sugar and you have yourself a winner. You can either buy a pre made pie crust from the store or you can make a fresh one by yourself at home. They will both work just fine. If you plan to make one at home then make sure your the butter that you mix for your dough is extra cold, also ensure that you do not over mix the dough then it will make the dough too tough. If your butter is extra cold, it will ensure that your crust is flaky and nice. Peel and core your apples. Slice your apples thinly and arrange in a flower like formation inside your crust, dust it with some powdered or confectioners sugar and bake it. The sugar will form beautiful crystals as it melts giving the apples a beautiful colour. Dust on some more powdered sugar on top when it is done, serve with ice cream and it will be a perfect combination.

Another classic egg dish, and yet another easy but tasty one. Boil the eggs, cut them in half, and separate the yolks from the whites. Put all the yolks in a bowl and mash them, add salt, pepper, spices, cheese, and whatever sauces you wish. Blend everything together to form a smooth mixture. Put the mixture in a piping bad with a rose nozzle. Arrange all the whites that you had cut on a platter and pipe the yolk mixture in to the. Sprinkle the devilled eggs with fresh chives, parsley, coriander, or whatever greens you want. The greens will look brilliant against the yellow of the yolk mixture. You can chop bacon on top, if you do not have a problem with pork.
