All you need to create this look is a bold Black eyeliner. You can use liquid liner, gel liner or even stick liner. With very basic drawing skills, you can create the shape of a cat like nose, exaggerated lips and whiskers. For eyes, you can apply winged or double winged eyeliner. You can fill in the upper lip with Black lipstick and lower lip with a deep Red shade.
